Overview

By placing an order or making an enquiry with VBake4U, you agree to these terms. VBake4U is a home bakery operated by Vanita Sharma in Pune, India.

Order Process

All orders follow this process:

1. Browse our cakes and reach out to Vanita via WhatsApp
2. Discuss design, flavour, serving size, delivery date, and price
3. Agree on all details with Vanita
4. Pay a 50% deposit to reserve your slot
5. Receive written confirmation from Vanita via WhatsApp
6. Balance is due on delivery

Order Confirmation

Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are indicative starting prices and may change. Final pricing is agreed during the order discussion and confirmed in writing by Vanita before the deposit is collected. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Changes to Orders

If you wish to change your order after confirmation, please contact Vanita on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Changes to design, date, or size may not be possible once work has begun. Additional costs may apply for significant changes.

Photographs

Vanita may photograph completed cakes for portfolio, social media, and website use. No personal information is shared with these photographs. If you would prefer your cake not to be photographed, please mention this when placing your order and we will honour the request.

Limitation of Liability

VBake4U is a sole-operator home bakery. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
