Delivery Policy

Overview

VBake4U delivers handcrafted cakes to select areas of Pune. Delivery availability depends on your pincode, the order date, our capacity on the day, and the complexity of your cake.

Every order is fulfilled personally by Vanita Sharma and requires manual confirmation before it is accepted.

Where We Deliver

We currently serve select Pune pincodes. Please confirm availability for your area via WhatsApp before placing an order. Delivery zones may change based on capacity and season.

Lead Times

All cakes are baked fresh to order. Minimum notice required:

• Standard cakes — at least 48 to 72 hours
• Multi-tier or themed cakes — 5 to 7 days
• Custom or sculpted cakes — 7 to 14 days
• Wedding cakes — 2 to 4 weeks

All timelines are subject to current capacity. Book early for weekends and festival dates.

Order Confirmation

The 50% deposit reserves your intent and covers ingredient procurement. It is not a guarantee of delivery until written confirmation is received.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (where applicable) are based on distance and will be communicated during order confirmation. Charges are confirmed in writing before your deposit is collected.

Delays and Emergencies

We take punctuality seriously. In unforeseen circumstances — traffic, illness, or emergencies — Vanita will contact you immediately via WhatsApp to discuss rescheduling or an alternative arrangement.
